Through mountain stewardship projects, I believe we can empower millions of mountain stakeholders like climbers and other recreationists to help land managers, agencies, and governments preserve and protect the precious resources of mountain regions of the world. By using low-cost/high value "Free Coffee with a Ranger" programs, protected area managers can effectively engage with visitors and establish a collaborative long-term relationship with stakeholder groups to help preserve and protect these special places.
